Anti stab kit, spacing?

So I have a 4 wheel anti stab kit where one of the middle wheels fell of the bearing. Not sure what caused it.

Thinking the middle position is the most exposed and might want to redo the spacers and move them. Any thoughts/experiences on where they ideally should be?

Thanks.

Looked at this some more. One of my center wheels has been in contact with my center driver, might be something to check when installing.

Spacing is one thing but make sure you cut enough of the rails and get the wheels far enough away from the drivers.

Curt at Ftx sets me up with a new wheel and I will redo my spacers and make it 30mm between the two center ones.

Yeah, what people often don't realize is when the suspension moves the rail tips actually can go forward and up into the driver area a bit.
