Anti-stab and cuting rail for 3" pitch spocket ?

Ok guys ! I'm processing of changing my 2.89" pitch spocket by a 3"pitch spocket and i heard that to have enough clearance to make the rails pass i have to cut the rails and to put an anti-stab to make sure not stab the track ... i really wanna have your knowledge and to know what do you think about that !!! My biggest question is really about cutting the rails ... thanks guys waiting for your knews !! Btw the spockets i orderded are 7 teeth ! Thanks:face-icon-small-hap
 
Ok so going on a belt drive sled. So ya you will need to make room for those so you will need to cut the rail tips down. Once you do that you will no longer have the rail cap so you will need to install a anti-stab kit.

Simple to do, the hole is already there with the rod going across that holds your limiter strap. You cut your rail back a bit and leave enough material for that hole.

Yes adding a second strap is always a good idea so your suspension is always loaded evenly.

I purchased all the part from Polaris so it is a easy install.
