I have owned a pair of Klim Klimate bibs for the last three seasons, this summer I decided to send them in and get the gators repaired (They were starting to rip out)and get a button on one of the gators replaced.I also asked if they would check if the bibs were leaking.I had figured it would cost some money to repair the bibs, to my surprise two weeks later they sent me a new pair of bibs under warranty for leaking.Thank you Klim and the customer service I got was great.I will definetly be making my next coat purchase from Kilm.
