Swapped out to try the Rooster adjustable weights this weekend to see if i could get more low end and still have top end and i couldn't be happier! Super wet heavy snow as you'll see in the video and the rkTek858 ran spot on all day pulling 8400-8480. This motor combined with the X3 track is the best combo i have ever ridden.

Looks like a great day! Glad to hear that your having good results! Looking into doing that kit next year . Keep us all updated

So what all have you done to the sled as far as motor and what all do you have installed? Are you running a mostly stock setup besides the 858 kit? What fuel are your running? Do you need to run a controller with this kit? I noticed a digital gauge poking up through the snow....is that just a temp gauge? Also, is this a 2014 or 2013 sled?

2014 Pro 155 with
RKTEK 858 big bore-stock exhaust running pump gas 13.5:1
BD box
Our clutch kit
156 X3 track
skinz headlight delete
zbroz dual rate front springs, HD rear springs
zbroz 36" front end
gauge you see is an NGK air fuel, not needed just using it for fine tuning

this sled is an absolute blast to ride and has filled the void for me on wanting more power like my turbo's had.

What elevation do you ride ? And are you using team tried or stock secondary.

we ride anywhere from 2500-9k. this video is 4-6k feet. stock secondary, the tied has not proven itself to be a benefit at all for tree riding

I have really like my tied clutch, never really messed around with the 04, what spring and helix are you running in the tss04

how do you have the roosters loaded?

13 grams in the heel (tungsten washer, thin steel washer and green fasteners on both sides)
.8 grams in the belly with nothing in the tip
going to add a .5 gram washer to the belly as i did slightly over rev on the trail a couple times

62-42-40 helix w/ h5 160-240

I was track poaching this sled all day on my stock 13' Pro 155. And I say poaching because in those snow conditions the stocker wasn't cutting it. Needless to say the 858 X3 combo ran spot on, It popped out of the snow and would actually accelerate away. I've always read how well the X3 performs but after seeing first hand its definitely going on my list. It's a game changer. Fun day!

Mine was 3200ish but that is with complete 858 all gaskets team tied booni box and rooster weights now just waiting 2 hit the snow !!!

SWEET! looks fun my favorite is the climb around 6 min. :face-icon-small-hap
RKT should have that 25 sec. clip on the site

J did you ever had a pro turbo with a 3x ?

What's the cost ish of this for a 858, controller and clutch weights and springs?

kit$2200 + gaskets
clutching (both springs, weights and helix) $320-410 depending on your weight choice
BD box $418
so basically right around $3100 before tax on the kit and components

What riding positions are you in for this video? Normal mount? Wrong foot forward (Dangling!)? Both feet on one side?
with the zbroz 36" front end you can stay pretty centered on the sled. chesty mount on the camera, all shot with a REEL HD Slayer camera if you haven't checked them out yet do, their sweet. (i'm a dealer as well and give forum members deals!:)
