Ive been reading about and riding with turbos for awhile now. Ive come from the Mod tripple watercraft gang and well, I took the leap. I will be picking up the new toy from Dustin at Outlaw next Wensday.

I dont know if I can sleep or work for the next week. I may just have to call in sick and go get it early.

T-apex, boondocker turbo on a fully built motor, full custom chassis with the 162 eazy ride.

if you dont mind me asking how much does a built turbo sled like you bought go for? ballpark figure?

Your looking at 18,000.00 plus used or 25,000.00 plus new.

I'm going ahead with a tunnel mod on mine that will dump the exhaust inside the tunnel and make some serious usable storage space under the seat.

Sled pickup.

Well I went down to Oregon on the 18th and picked it up from Dustin at Outlaw. What a fantanstic machine. They really do build great sleds. He spent more than 3hrs with me going over just about every nut and bolt, making sure every question I had was answered.

Now I just need a day to go take it for a little test ride.

Ill get photos with in the next few days.

Nice sled bro. Just spoke with Dustin today. They know their chit up there. The water dipping on their Nytro sure is impressive. With how popular they have become, they still have time for the little people in the business! Great people, awesome products. Have fun

NICE sled...More and more people are coming over, but not many going back....

I'll finally be back this season with a turbo again...my Powderlites Turbo is somewhere in between Canada and Norway Right now..It'll be the first Powderlites EVER in Norway (or all of Scandinavia as far as I know)...After two whole seasons without a turbo, it'll be goooood to be back again....

First ride was yesterday. This thing is a real kick in the shorts. The ez-ryde is unreal. It handles the bumps, whether your on the trail at 35mph, or on a big pull at 90mph, its fantastic. I was able to get the front end to climb a few times but boy it really worked well in the wonderful mashed potato like snow we have this time of the year. Suppose to be at 18lbs, but seeing how the boost gauge died (digital egt style) I have know idea where Im at. I need to get the clutching dialed a little more, only turning around 9900-10,000 rpm's. But not much sense working with the clutches If I have no idea on boost. I already ordered a new Autometer Pro-comp analog boost gauge. It will be here in two days, E-bays got some really good deals going on.

Coming from years on Simmons skis, right now Im going to say the only "really bad" part of the day is the darting from the skis. Right now, they suck, stock skis with a double carbide runner.
