Ill try to get some pics I know how you guys are, without my Dunner I dont think there would be any evidence (with the exception of some deformed trees) that i even ride. Im serious here this was almost a spiritual experience for me, the mountain I was pretty much raised on. Ive taken deer & elk & a few sage hens. I got to share this place with my son today. Last week was a $hit show to quote a very dear friend to many people showed up, today was my boy his buddy and his buddies dad who is my buddy get it? Jon & I parked up on the hill and watched our boys shred a private playground God built for the "soul" purpose of teaching youngsters how to ride different terrain. I only know one guy that whoops loader than my boy ( serious you can hear them both over the goats and his has a can!) We took a break eat some peanuts talked about chicks, global warming & horsepower! Man dads this is exciting I only hope the damn feds will let us poor dumb hicks manage our land so that we will be able to do this for a long time to come. I know these memories will out last this old body of mine. This ride was sponsored by some very dear friends of mine in no particular order Sunridge, CCpowder, Sled Guy. Thanks for the parts and all the help! My kid loves this, I gotta run at my moms B day!

Cool its a great father son sport! My dad got me into it when I was about 10 on an old 400. I'm now 18 and we're out most of the time twice a weekend riding together and it couldn't be any better. Great bonding time and I have learned ALOT from my old man :D

Good riding with the kids! :D Nothing better than that, as long as you don't wrap them in that sealskin tarp of yours! haha ;)

Thanks for sharing. Just for clarification though, not just for father and son. I am teaching my 10 year old daughter and she rides my 600rmk iq. Sometimes she rides with me, sometimes by herself.
It's nice to go do the man rides and get crazy, but nothing beats taking my wife and daughter and doing the family rides. Great memories.

Oh my girls are into it too, my 14 yr old more than the 16 yr old. But this particular ride was boys only, there will certainly be mixed doubles ride coming!

Ron we need to geterdun!

sounds like a day well spent.

best day on the snow this year for me was spent like this. Can't wait for their brother to be big enough to join us( we left him at home with mommy) or for them all to be big enough for real sleds and real hills....i just can wait for the cost part.

Family time rocks!! The fact my kids like the crazy chit dad does makes my life so much better. I spent more time watching and coaching than riding. The cost thing X I feel ya, Im less than $500.00 for both those sleds thanks in part to the great friends I listed, I shouldnt have because I knew I would forget some and I did Shain and Spencer each gave me a trailer or none of this would have happened. Im so into the pay it forward karma thing!! But my pals are just the best a man could get, they do not come any better I am blessed!

T those pics from Cooke, was that sled your boy was on a rental? Or daddys?

Great to hear and see people that take the time to get out with their kids. I'm waiting for pictures, the kid pics are my favorite.:face-icon-small-hap

Kev, It was a rental from Big Boy Toys. Thanks to Hector and the guys at Tri City, I got a good deal on the rental for the weekend. Hoping he will be down here in about three weeks so we can go play some more. He's my best riding bud, last week made me miss him even more than I already do.

Great times kev took the boys up this weekend as well 2&4 when we got back to the cabin they where frozen solid (as where we) but they only cried cause we where getting off the snowmobiles. I rode with my 4 year old all the way from liz flatts home he (with a little help) drove all the way home throttle and everything just need to teach him the break. :face-icon-small-hap
