Another day in the neighborhood

A little 360 view from our choice hangout spot on Sunday....not a cloud all day and still (semi) fresh snow....sign me up. No action shots because once riding my ADD prevents me from stopping long enough to take pics lol

Few action shots from another day when the stars/planets/dimensions/celebrity guest hosts aligned.....i.e. good snow, remembered camera, remembered memory card in camera, remembered batteries, remembered other batteries that actually work, remembered to stop and take pics without dropping camera in snow, etc,

The pro breaking "trail" into the lakes...."trail" that day being essentially a few mile string of sled-sized bomb holes through the trees caused by wind lips, 2 feet fresh and moments of brain freeze. By the time we got to our "play area," it was getting dark and we turned around and went home lol

Been a great year so far for snow here....can only hope it keeps rollin!

So all around it pretty much sucks to live in Nelson, B.C. eh? Nothing to do in the summer and the winters are terrible too

Ya man....we ended up doing the whole loop....past the last lake, down the gully, into the "swamp" and back up to hazeldean. Didn't look like anyone had been through there in a few snowfalls or possibly the year? Girlfriends had to hang out on the swamp for a bit until we figured out a trail lol....great times!

ya its good times down there man, super fun with a few feet of fresh as well.....what a view from up top though, JESUS.....cant belive it was my first time up there on sunday
