Another bulkhead/clip question

Service manual says to remove the engine , is this really necessary to change out a busted clip ?

Nope. Put a screw-in hook in a spark plug hole, add a hoist with a little holding force, disassemble stuff and remove engine mount bolt and replace the clip half. Once the plastic is off, remove the floor plate first. Jedi level is being able to leave the overstructure in place for clip replacement.
