We looked at doing it at work a few years ago for aluminum parts... Ther'es a technique to doing it and getting it to look good, but it did look rather easy to DIY. Shoe dye, a power supply, and some jars to do it in.
Whats The Technique??? Just Make Sure Its Super Clean Before You Start. Make Sure You Use Cold Water When It Come Out Of The Acid And Use Boiling Water After The Colour. Am I Right???
