Never...but if Baker gets crowded that is an alternative place to go...But with Bear Paw and Excelser open now..it opens up the sledding options!

We broke trail back to the first meadow two weeks ago and didn't what to go down the creek bed to the lake because there wasn't enough snow. We have lost snow since then.

Just got back from Anderson. Took the jeep up and got a Christmas tree. I would opt out unless you want to ride about 4 miles round trip. I was excited to see snow but the lack of it was kind of depressing.

Ya, your ruts made it hard to ride that 1st 1/4 mile........HA! Was hard as a rock yesterday and snow was at 3500+. Went up there because shi!!y DOT website said snowing hard on 542 all day tue, it did not. Not worth it.
