Just got home from dealer, tore down my 09 600 rmk tells me the cylinder walls are shot at 2500 miles. Dealers first question what oil do you use, Amsoil I answer, slight pause this is the second one that he's seen like this and blamed the oil. Every body I ride with uses Amsoil and have not had any problems, what about everyone else?

Well i put about 5 years on a mod mtr pushin 215 hp on Dominator ,its all I use if the cyls are bad because of the oil amsoils warranty will take care of the expense
but I havent seen as of yet oil caused damage ,belt dust ,dirt ,snow ice,cold size .
take your cyls to someone else and ask there opinion.

I've used it in my 800 dragon since new, now have 3600 miles on it and it is still going, haven't heard of too many 800 dragons going that far with out an engine issue. I figured the amsoil is what has kept it together.
Wife's 06 600 has 5500 miles on it no problems, mostly all amsoil.

Maybe a lack of oil due to oil pump setting could cause this but I doubt it was the Amsoil specifically. What exactly is wrong with the cylinders?

Amsoil is fine. Don't let him blame the oil. Tell him to put it in writing and then send that to Amsoil. They will represent you.
