Some of the suggestions are just retarded and they get an obscene amount of votes. Like this one "Protect and Restore Ecosystems that are Resilient to Climate Change". which has 1171 promotion.
"More than Enough Wilderness" has a -433 demotion
"Enhancing OHV Use on Public Lands" has a -168 demotion
Like I said I think it's obvious who these people are so get on there and tell these people to STFU!
