Went up AF Canyon today to check out the snow (lack of) conditions. If you're into road riding, they're not bad. Was able to get off in a few little meadows and play, but pretty sad over all. Took the 4-wheeler and the sled, and the 4-wheeler went everywhere the sled did! :face-icon-small-dis

PLEASE LET IT SNOW HARD SOON!!

Least you got out in the sun. It was a beautiful day here at the cabin. We went for a 4+ mile walk. We really shouldn't be walking on Dec. 17th. you know what I mean? urgggg.

Still hoping for snow!!!!

Ya I think it is still October.
Went fishing on the South Fork of the Odgen and then took a ride to Monte parking lot. I think I could take Ant Flats all the way to Hardware Ranch mostly in 2 wheel drive in my truck or maybe even in a car (pushing it)
Where is the snow:pray:

I'm betting you can still drive into your cabin?

Yes. Pretty pathetic huh? I'm not even excited to ride anymore. Something is wrong with me... :face-icon-small-con

Nothing is wrong with you. What is the point of riding roads? I have zero motivation to do that. Life is too busy to waste my time doing road rides (although maybe if I had a new sled I'd be motivated to get some break in miles on). If it dumps and you are still not excited to ride, then we'll worry.

Summit, sorry to hi jack the thread. Thanks for the pics and report. I think overall northern Utah is just plain poor conditions.

We were at the Top of the Goods yesterday and it was so very depressing.
10k elevation and there is less than 2 feet of snow. And to just to make it more less-positive, that snow is degraded sugar to the ground.
So when it actually does snow, every bloody slope will be a ticking time-bomb. It's gonna be very scary. Especially cause we're all starved for some fresh dang snow.

I'm so sorry. I don't want anyone mad at me but it is my fault that we don't have snow. I bought a new sled this year and now it will be a weak year for snow.

I was thinking the same thing as I was reading the posts. If I wouldnt have bought a new sled this year we would have a bunch of snow right now!!!
