Aluminum Trailer

Looking for a lighter 4-place. Saw that Triton makes an all Aluminum trailer. Is there a downside to an all Aluminum trailer? 500 lbs is a lot less weight to drag around!

Mine is 11 years old and really like it. I wish that it was unfinished inside to make it easier to insulate, and had 15" vs 14" wheels.

Two actually: 1) Initial cost is higher 2) Now the buds will always want you to use your trailer for every trip.

They are great as long as you do not jack knife them. The Triton's tend snap the tongue off at the point where the three beams come together. Then good luck getting it repaired.
