Went to buy some silicone header wrap spray this week and I was told you can't buy it in Canada anymore...So i tried to order some from summit racing and they won't ship it to Canada... does anyone have any other ideas to help seal a wrap? would a hi temp paint do anything to help seal it and help hold it
together ? open to suggestions

Yeah I would think a hi temp brake caliper paint or BBQ paint would do the trick.

If you're in Canada, call Lordco Auto Parts in Salmon arm. I bought some header wrap spray from them not too long ago. They may have some left in stock. I should have most of the can I bought, left over. Unfortunately I'm not back in Canada until mid Feb.

hey guys, I ended up using a super high heat ceramic paint, And I used a whole can on one pipe and it seams to be working ok. where are you coming up "north" if it worked out I might grab a can just in case, and it would be good to have around. Shoot me PM and let me know where you are going.
cheers

I'm going to wrap my exhaust but have never done one before, so do you just wrap the exhaust and are using the spray to hold the wrap together or do you use something else on the ends to keep it from un wrapping? I was just going to use hay wire to hold the wrap on.

if you do a search there are some good threads about wrapping. a couple quick tips are:buy 1 inch wide wrap, soak it in water, wrap from the smallest end first, and wrap it as tight as you can
