We've developed a line of enclosed trailer cabinets and storage bins that we'd like to show ya!

The A.C.E. (adaptive containment engineering) trailer systems line is unique because it allows much more efficient use of the small spaces available in our trailers. The main cabinets are the only items that require drilling holes in your trailer walls to mount-the accessory cubbys, shelves and racks all attatch to the main cabinet through the use of our patent pending "tab lock" easy mounting system.
For example: here is one of our 34" helmet/gear cabinets.
2011trailercabinetandproducts026.jpg

notice the laser cut pattern in the sides, the pattern is also on each shelf bottom and on the back wall. If you purchase any of our accessory ad ons, simply choose what location and orientation on the cabinet you would like it to mount to and use your thumbs to push the 2 closest tabs out...
2011trailercabinetandproducts034.jpg

now, all you have to do is slip the square holes in the accessory shelf over the tabs on the cabinet...
2011trailercabinetandproducts035.jpg

To secure the shelf to the cabinet, use the laser cut hole in the tab as a guide and drill 3/16" holes through the accessory in both locations...
2011trailercabinetandproducts038.jpg

Install the pan head screws and nylock nuts supplied to permanently secure the accessory to the cabinet-thats it!...

2011trailercabinetandproducts039.jpg

we have several accessory shelves/bins/racks/cubbies to allow you to arrange your storage to best fit your space and specific storage needs. Many of them can be mounted in more than one orientation i.e. vertical/horizontal/front/back or bottom...

2011trailercabinetandproducts050.jpg

Here are the details on what we have in stock so far....

First and foremost...the A.C.E. 34" cabinet...

2011trailercabinetandproducts029.jpg

also available in stealthy black powdercoat...
2011trailercabinetandproducts081.jpg

The cabinet sells for $229.99 and add 28.00 for powdercoating

next, the A.C.E. 34" gear cabinet with heavy duty utility hangers...
2011trailercabinetandproducts001.jpg

2011trailercabinetandproducts089.jpg

the gear cabinet with hangers sells for $139.99 and add 19.00 for powdercoat

this is the A.C.E. 34" oil and aerosols cabinet-it has our tab lock system on the bottom to allow installation of our smaller "under bins" to the bottom for more storage room without more holes in your trailer! this sucker holds quarts, gallons or pints-including the square gallon jugs along with aerosols of all shapes and sizes-a very handy cabinet in a trailer.
2011trailercabinetandproducts011.jpg

2011trailercabinetandproducts091.jpg

here it is with accessory "under bins" installed...
traielrproductinstalled010.jpg

the aerosols cabinet sells for $99.99 and add 19.00 for powdercoating

Now we have the accessory add on bins and components...this is the A.C.E. 12" essential tool rack. It features a laser cut pattern specific to those common tools we all use and need to keep out where they are handy to grab. crescents, pliars, screw drivers, vise grips, flashlights etc...
2011trailercabinetandproducts016.jpg

2011trailercabinetandproducts097.jpg

this useful little guy sells for $35.99 and add 12.00 for powdercoating.

this is the A.C.E. 12" under cabinet cubby. Just like it says, this one is designed to mount to the bottom of either the 34" cabinet or the 34" oil and aerosols cabinet...
2011trailercabinetandproducts021.jpg

2011trailercabinetandproducts094.jpg

the under cabinet cubby sells for $28.99 each and add 12.00 for powdercoating.

this is the A.C.E. 12" side hanging cubby with shelf-notice many of these items also feature laser cut holes in the sides for handy places to hang straps/bunges and other odd stuff!
2011trailercabinetandproducts107.jpg

and this is the A.C.E. side hanging 12" cubby with light duty hangers (cords, ropes etc)...
2011trailercabinetandproducts012.jpg

2011trailercabinetandproducts102.jpg

the side hanging cubby with hooks sells for $35.99 each and add 12.00 for powdercoating.

This is the A.C.E. tie down rack/paper towel holder. these are supplied with two tubes as shown. use just one tube to hang your paper towels or blue paper rags or use both tubes and you can store a whole pile of tie down straps! This is one of the items that can mount vertical/horizontal on the sides or bottoms of the cabinets...

2011trailercabinetandproducts031.jpg

2011trailercabinetandproducts105.jpg

the 12" tie down/paper towel rack sells for $24.99 each and add 12.00 for powdercoating.

here's one we think is pretty cool-this is the A.C.E. high or low mount tire rack with integral bottle jack storage. These are manufactured from high grade steel, laser cut , bent and powdercoated. This tire mount holds full size tires only(15" or bigger) and comes with "knock off" style nuts so you can mount and dismount the tire without tools! the shelf on the back secures your bottle jack behind the tire, out of sight until you need it. you will need to supply a small bunge to secure your specific jack since sizes vary. The mount extends to the edge of the tire to keep the tire off of your wall and eliminate damage.
2011trailercabinetandproducts086.jpg

traielrproductinstalled009.jpg

The tire mount sells for $ 109.99 each and powdercoating is standard.

here is a slick mount for holding those cumbersome 4 way lug wrenches-bolt it to the wall anywhere you like, drop the wrench in and secure it with the rubber strap to keep the rattles away!

2011trailercabinetandproducts104.jpg

traielrproductinstalled007.jpg

the lug wrench bracket sells for $24.99 each and add 12.00 for powdercoating.

This product is the first of a whole line of quick release components we are manufacturing that can be quickly and easily installed, moved or removed from your trailer! These components mount into e-trac tie down strip with a quick release mechanism. If you don't need it in the trailer this weekend-just un clip it and throw it in the garage!

This is the A.C.E. trailer systems quick release motorcycle tire chock...
2011trailercabinetandproducts058.jpg

here it is in use...
traielrproductinstalled034.jpg

as you can see, the bikes sit at a 45 degree angle in your trailer..why? 'cause you can cram a bunch more of 'em in that way! more efficient use of space people!

you can just line them up on down the trailer...
traielrproductinstalled016.jpg

and when you aren't hauling bikes...just unclip them and quit tripping over them!
traielrproductinstalled017.jpg

These sell for $129.99 each add 14.00 for powdercoating the aluminum-

This is the Fastrax A.C.E. trailer systems quick release table-
acefoldingcamptable002.jpg

At 28 x 30" this is a camp table that you can actually sit the family or buds around and not feel like you are sitting at a 3rd graders desk!

Our table can fold up or down against the wall for storage while on the road and quickly unclips from the wall so you can get it out of your way when you don't need it!
The table leg stores under the table top when folded and features a finishing plug to protect your floor.

acefoldingcamptable004.jpg

Our tables take up less than 3" when folded up against your wall so they don't interfere with your loading and unloading.
acefoldingcamptable005.jpg

The A.C.E. table sells for $190.99 add 28.00 for powdercoating

This product requires e-trac or our mounting kit to install in your trailer.

Our mounting kit sells for $29.99.

Fold up beds and benches are almost ready too!

here are a couple shots of a trailer we recently outfitted to give you an idea of some possible uses and combos...

Nice work curt! I'll have to put a shopping list together. Any chance you'll be releasing a folding bench of some sort?

I would suggest a display at HayDays.
I would also suggest powdercoating prices tiered based on # of items purchased.

Our sit down/dressing bench is in the final stages and work benches are being developed.

Thanks for the interest and questions!

suggestions noted and appreciated! We are seeing enough interest in the powdercoating option that it may just become standard on everything...which will help drive the current coating costs down!

great input-thank you!

Do you have any shelve units with a lockable door? Thanks

currently we do not manufacture any "closed" cabinets but development is ongoing as the line grows. We have a lot of items in varying stages of completion and testing so bear with us!

how big of a cabinet is ideal for your application? the toughest part of our designing is picking a size to run with that will fit a broad range of uses, so I'm always curious!

Thanks!

Speaking for myself I'd like to see enough room to fit a XXL Helmet in depth and wide enough to fit 3 or 4... maybe 36" or so? wider yet wouldn't be a bad thing either. That would allow enough lockable storage for helmets, ABS packs, etc. The door just needs to close securely. We could add the locking mechanism if need be...Thanks

Interesting, so is the intention more containment or security? So maybe something roughly the size of our cabinet at the beginning of this post -maybe slightly wider but with a drop front and lid. We could even make the drop front sit horizontal when open to act as a mini bench to pile stuff on as you sort through it.

heading in the right direction?

how many of you have had the need for more secure lockable storage inside of your trailer?

My suggested lockable cabinet would be in addition to your other excellent offerings. No need to get crazy locking down oil jugs and rolls of duct tape. For some select items we prefer "secure containment". Once access is gained to the trailer there's no reason to make it easy for them to walk off with my $400 helmet and $900 ABS pack. Let them work for it adding time and a greater chance that I'll get there before their done :face-icon-small-win. We added steel ears with holes to the outside edge of each cabinet end and then ran a steel pole accross the cabinet front, threaded through the ear tabs, with good locks on each end. The pole prevents the cabinet doors from being opened. Cabinets attached to the studs from inside the cabinet. Cabinets should have no viewing ports... Yeah IMO you're headed in the right direction. Your bumper worked nice this winter btw... Thanks!

Good Lord Man! whats going on over there?:face-icon-small-sho sounds like you are chasing thieves off non stop!!:laser:

kidding of course- actually, theft seems to be a problem everywhere anymore and your logic is sound...we'll see what we can do!

hmmm...I'm thinking maybe we need a A.C.E. electrified trailer security system to finish the package:boom:

:face-icon-small-hap

Just a quick update-we are now stocking a 48" wide version of our A.C.E. quick release folding table and all of our tables now have adjustable legs to allow easy fitment for those of you that may already have e-trac mounted on your trailer walls and to allow installation of our tables at different heights to meet a broader range of trailer layouts.

We also now are finishing our A.C.E. adjustable width fuel can storage racks and we will get pics and pricing up in the next few days.

Back with more info soon!
