We are excited to announce the new Custom Decks for 08-09. Over the last few months we have spent a lot of time and effort to get some weight out of our Custom Decks and I happy to say we dropped over 60 lbs. The new design is just as strong and durable and before but came in on the digital scales at 340 lbs. There have been several improvements to the deck this season, I have tried to list them all the best I can.
Be sure to come see us at one of the up coming snow shows.
1. Dropped over 60 lbs.
2. New leg design allows the front legs to slide between the wheel wells making it much simpler for one or two people to load and unload the deck.
3. New rear LED light that bolts on.
4. New ramp attachment, making the ramp better to use and easier to take off after the sleds are loaded.
5. New sealant on the decking rather than the epoxy based painted.
6. Modification to the ramp to make it stronger.
7. Raised the deck up 2", allowing them to fit into the Tundra and new Chevy/GMC trucks with the deep boxes.
8. 8" Polished sides give the deck the beefy look, and the taller side rail to help prevent any of those oops issues when loading.
So as you can see we have really changed things up this season. We are looking forward to seeing you all at the shows. We are taking pre-show orders now.
All the decks come with 2-front Super-Clamps w/3 deck hooks, LED lights, 10 foot telescoping ramp w/super glides. Will fit either long or short box trucks with no extra parts needed either way. $3295 retail, show special $3150.
