Alittle help please

I'am installing my dj's clutch kit and I'am getting ready to put the new spring in the drive clutch and the one I took out is purple and yellow and the one I'am going to install is purple on purple but there is a 1.5" differnce in height between the two, is there something to be worried about? Almost forgot the purple on purple is the short one.

there is nothing wrong with this. it is a shorter but stiffer spring. some kits we install the stock spring is almost 2" longer.
