The offset for The TEAM clutches 18-> is 1.530“ according to Cat, can this number be used with a regular "z-bar"? I have SPI adjustable offset tool. Or do I need cats dedicated tool for 18 and up?

I used a tool similar to yours and it seemed ok but I was unsure so I bought Cat tool with adapters for roller and non roller primary with it and found I was still out about 1/8 inch. Due to thickness of secondary sheave I am thinking. Tool was 100$ CDN with both adapters. Cheaper than a belt. Easier to check as well as it doesn't even require removal of belt to do.
