Alberta snow conditions( hummingbird/onion lake)

Just wondering if anyone has been out to the hummingbird/onion lake area south of Nordegg recently

out on the 26 feb, not enough snow, riding gravel on the onion lake trail, alpine lots of gravel and rocks, wore out a set of carbides, unless we get more snow , not worth going out.

went out on the 9th of march snow was better, still need more though, trees not bad, lots of sugar snow with a 3 inch hard crust. alpine may be dangerous, although we didn't see any thing slide. also rode ranger creek, snow marginally better.

guys were riding harlick, better than waist deep snow. caroline may not be bad either.
