I have a feeling that this is going to be a precedent setting case. The judge is going to let the criminals off, and run the farmer through the ringer. When this happens, there is going to be a HUGE public uproar. Gonna be interesting to see how this plays out.

In my opinion the farmer did nothing wrong. Unfortuneately he is going to be pulled through the ringer for not letting #3 escape, even if he was on the farmers wheeler. I SO agree that things need to change drasticly to return the fear of GOD in people again like it was in the Ol'West. If it were up to me it would be Death Week...not Death Row. They chop hands & arms off theives in other parts of the world. Sounds like a good idea for repeat offenders to me.
