Alberta beach snow drags....

I've competed in the drags in the past. It's only 8 miles from the house, so I ride over. There are so many classes to run through at the meet that you stand around for 2-3 hours before you run again. It's a great event to watch, well organized, but I don't think I'll run.

ya i know what you mean. well if my sled feels good the night b4 the races ill run it sunday but that will be my first day out so we will see how it goes other wise ill be runing a 900 cat on nos in a polaris chassi:beer;

Registration is at the Agri-Plex in town.They run 4 at a time with a pro-style christmas tree.The sled must pass a basic inspection. The staging is off to the right side of the drag lanes. There is a person at the stage lanes flipping the next race number on a post. It is up to you to know which race you are in. If you are out of position you have to try to get past 5-10 racers lined up in the rows.{Not good} There will be at least 300 racers out there. There are concession stands and porta-potties, so that's not a problem. Marvin runs a real good operation out there. Good luck. I'll be in MacKenzie that weekend, so I won't be there to cheer you on.

Drags

Might have to stay home and go next weekend, is there a website for it??

Do you have to run a tether, or is the T.O.R.S. system adequate to pass tech?
