Just interested to know how the season is shaping up in Alaska? I currently live in Utah but was born and raised in AK and am interested to know?

I don't live in Alaska but a buddy of mine does. Last I heard from him, it was freezing cold, coldest weather they've seen in years.

Just returned from Alaska and it was snowing hard all week. I was supposed to visit Valdez on Thursday and by Tuesday they had cancelled all flights because of the snow. I’d say they are smiling right now.

Started kinda late for us here in southeast but has been pretty decent lately. Suppose to get between 7-12" today and it's doing a good job of getting there so far
