Airbox

Has anyone had opportunity to look inside the Pro Ride's airbox? Within are two ducts, one from each of the inlets on the dash.
I'm wondering if it would increase airflow by removing these ducts?? Good idea or bad idea??

there has been a couple of other threads on it, i think you're referring to the intake rather than the airbox. the people that have removed the horns say they haven't seen an improvement by taking the ducts out of the intake, i installed an slp highflow intake kit to give it more breathing when on it's side and the directions just say cut into them without worrying about it. the airbox is generally voted against ever touching.
