Airbox boot

I finally have all the parts I need to put my sled back together except one. That piece of crap airbox boot. The dealer doesn't have any and I'm sure its not cheap. Has anyone found a good substitute for the rubber that goes on the outside of the airbox and the inlets? Looks like an old inner tube would work if you could find the right diameter. Suggestions?

Go down to NAPA... you should be able to find some "Green Stripe" tubing for this.... you by it by the inch... should be about $4 -5 each.

yep, 2-1/4" tubing and a few hose clamps should do the trick.

Jegs sells silicone adapters that should work well, in the process of fabbing up a Mule-brand air intake...

2" ABS, some THF to weld the parts together... penny-tech ftw
