Air in cooling system

I just installed a 09 heat exchanger and rear tunnel on my 08 M8, just wondering how to bleed the cooling system. Any ideas? Thanks..

get the front end up above the rear cooler (the bottom of the overflow bottle)
and run it to get it warm and circulate the coolant but not too hot. let cool and refill the coolant and repeat until it doesn't take anymore. a tilt trailer is nice for this

X2 done this and is works well, i have a hook in the ceiling of my garage that i use and a ratchet strap to hoist the sled up works great.

Make sure on your first ride after doing what they've said, that you double check your coolant level again after a mile or so. Almost everytime after a mile of real riding it will burp and it'll be a little low on coolant. Just my experience.
