I have an Innovate XD-16 wideband and just was wondering if anyone has hooked one of these up to a polaris 900? Wanted to know if a battery was/is needed and best place to mount o2 sensor? Looks like I will need it to tune my 975.

I would think if the wideband has to calibrate prior to operation every time you start it I would put in a battery. If not, it should be fine without it. Just make sure you calibrate it before you use it for the first time.

I am running a Koso Wideband and in the instructions it says to hook up to the battery(12vdc), I was informed just to hook it up to the two way flat plug on the left hand side of the sled right next to the gas tank and secondary clutch. Its worked awesome for more than a season now...
