Air force velocity stack

So has anyone tried an Air Force velocity stack? Is it worth the $$$.

It made the most amount of hp and tq on a dyno of all of the snowbike intakes I have tried on my 2020 ktm 500 xcf-w while using all of the bolt on mods I could. A little over 2hp compared to a stock SX setup with a loudmouth intake, and holes in the side cover. Many of the snowbike intakes produce less hp and tq than stock...in my experience on a dyno. Not sure on the Yamaha.

there's not 11 HP gain on an intake, 2-3 tops

Do you have any numbers? which intakes did you test? Would you mind sharing them and letting the trolls devour you? haha, Jk but seriously Id love to see how they compare to eachother!

I know on my 18 450sxf with a done up engine the regular snow intakes stayed the same or lost some hp.. we added a stack with an universal k and n filter and it was good for 2 hp. If you don’t set up your bike where you filter stays snow free then I think you are better off with an intake that stays clean and lose the hp? Now how much has to do with the way my engine is tuned and ported who knows…
