08 rmk 700 I have taken off rubber strap un bolted fuel line and filter and un plugged the wires and pulled down on both clips above the boots and that thing will not pull up am i missing something?

If you look close there will be a plastic pin on the pto side that holds the airbox to the adapter boot plate. Use a long chisel and break the head of the pin off and then you can yank out the airbox.
