Seems Like every other ride my airbox comes off the throttle bodies. Anyone else had this issue or no a solution? I've sealed my air box but its a royal pain to try and get the air box back on in the field.
Your clamps are probably lightly stripped to the point where they seam to tighten but back off very easily. I would replace the band clamps and ensure the upper bunjee strap that goes over the back is secured. There is no way they should be coming off unless your steering hoop is bent and the steering shaft is hitting the air box
