aftermarket tunnel

Anybody know where to get a aftermarket tunnel for a 97 summit. Or does anybody have one laying around they would like to sell?

Ekholm is gone, unfortunatly. CR racing about the best I have seen, but you do pay for them! Terra Alps makes a really nice one too, and of course the VE boondocker runnel, but those are all $1200 tunnels, VE does make a cheaper one, like $600 or $700 too. Fabcraft has the grated runningboards, which are cool! The S-2000 chassis shared basic bulkheads with the ZX platform, just minor changes, so it really opens up options, and as for money, well the skies the limit!

Take your old one off and scurry it on over to your local FAB shop and tell them what changes you would like made and to dimmension off the old one and be done with it.

These aint rocket science!

I would do that. But the only thing is the stock tunnel thats on it now has a bolt ripping out. Unless anybody has a stock tunnel laying around they would like to sell

Racers Edge In Dewinton Alberta is the guru on that year of sled and he just may have what you need talk to Daryl 403-254-8686 he still is in business and an expert on tunnels

What's that got to doo with the number of chipmunks that died in California mudslides in 1937?

Beware of Fabcrap. They built the worst fitting tunnel I have ever seen.
I installed a VE and it fit great, they also have a few different designs to choose from.
Good Luck.

The tunnel that is on it now is junk. So i cant just scury it over to my local fab shop.

Why not?

You think if you take them a buggered one that they kant tell what parts you DON'T want the same?

If you tell them that you don't want your bolt hole ripped out - I am reasonably sure that they would accomidate you. ???

They just need to be able to dimmension off of it.

Second thought - DON'T take it to your local fab shop. You don't seem like you are a honest to goodness "Doo-it-yourselfer" and thus no-one in that effort would end up happy.

Sorry for the recommendation.
