Aftermarket Tunnel on a XP

Just sitting down today thinking about my summer sled project. I would like to take my 137" TNT out to 146" with a Van Amburg Boondock tunnel. I have built several sleds from the "ground up" but always started with the factory tunnel with the bulk head attached. My question to you guys is how hard is it to install an aftermarket tunnel? Any advise from someone who has done it?

It was off the dealership floor but I stretched it out to 137 with a tunnel and rail extensions from Tracks USA.
