Both are high quality... better than can be put on a stock sled by the factory.
They are specified in design by the shock builders who have put a lot of effort into making a product that will improve the function of your sled.
Now...all this being said, your shocks must be in good functional condition.... Improving with a full service and upgrade to better specs is a good move too.
Better quality shock oil and valving, weather on the stock piston... or a fox piston... can make the "shock package" a very well rounded, high quality ride.
All that being said... an aftermarket shock package is a good way to go... all of the homework has been done for you if you are buying a good package.
