Aftermarket Snow Flaps

I have an 05 king cat and will be installing a bdx bumper kit soon, and was looking into getting a long snowflap, something like the hillclimbers use. Is there any other places besides xxxmodrods, van amburg, and mountain addiction that sell them? Has anyone made one, if so what material did you use. I would appreciate any input. And pics would help to:D.
Thanks
Trent

It's the heavier one about 1/4 " thick with grooves on the back side.

Alright thanks, I am kind of looking for a thinner one, like an 1/8", I would probably do a 1/4" but I just didnt want to stress the back of the tunnel as much. What do you think?
Anybody else have any other ideas.
Thanks
Trent

I have towed out other sleds by throwing their track up on the tunnel of my king cat and dragging them out. Your not going to stress that tunnel!!!

If I was the kind of person who wanted a cut out of some other dudes' nutz, then I would at least like to know who the model was. I can see a typical conversation at the trail shelter:

Jim - Hey Bob, whose nutz you got on your sled?

Bob - well I decided to go with Tom Cruise's nutz. Allways been a fan of his.

Jim - you can't go wrong with a cutout of Tom Cruise's nutz on your sled. Good choice. See you at the hot tub later.

LMAO :D
Thats a good one!

Ok thanks, I have checked a few places around the area but haven't found what I was looking for, I will have to look a little more.
Thanks

Hijack.

Is there any purpose to the mudflap other than courtesy to those behind you? owuld you get snow all down your neck or something? Seems like guys are willing to cut weight anywhere but still have a mudflap on.

( one reply telling me im retarded will be sufficient, if thats your position)

I think for the most part the flap is there to help the snow come back in, or stay in to hit the rear cooler to keep it from overheating. Whether or not it helps alot I dont know, maybe sombody else knows more.....That and I dont wanna hear my buddies *****in all day about how there was snow in there face:D lol, and I think the longer flaps look mean

I have a custom tunnel on my rev and if i dont have a flap on it the thing will overheat

depends where the snow is being thrown by the track. On most sleds, it is towards the back. That is why the snow flap is there, to redirect it to the cooler. Some tracks seem to carry the snow longer and shoot it up towards the cooler.

I would take it for a few rides where you can easily be towed out before making the final determination. Helicopters are real expensive.
