aftermarket skis for pro

Wanting to try some diffrent skis this year..Was wondering if anyone has had experiance with the C&A MTX skis on there pro or the MODS ski....wondering what the pros and cons are of both compared to the stock grippers?..any help would be apreciated thanks

I heard guys saying last year the grippers were pretty good, but I would be interested in some comparisons too.

the people i know that had the MTXs had them on REVs. Said they floated really well but the edges flexed and perminately warped from sidehilling. I ran XTXs on my SB Assault last year and loved them. Had Grippers on my 09 Assault and loved them. Traded my SB for a RMK Assault and will be running my XTXs on it this year and keeping the Grippers for spares. From my experiences they float great but push a bit compared to my XTXs. Alot of that is suspension setup but I guess I must have liked my XTXs more because I'll be running them first. If you need to spend some $$ on your sled, I wouldn't dump it into skis first. just my .02

The grippers work well. I've never changed them and had them on a D7, D8 and now a Pro.
