Aftermarket pro 800 belts

Anyone else getting sick of spending a butt load of $$$ on polaris belts?

There any decent aftermarket belts that anyone has tried?

I use the Carlisle XS belts. Didn't notice any difference and have been using these since 2012 with out problems.

I've been running the Dayco XTX5020 since day on my 14 Pro. Still looks great. I also run the same belt on my 09 777 (SLP 777 BB kit). Haven't changed the belt from the first day I put it on.

You can find them on Amazon for around $90.

Make sure you check the belt to sheave clearance when changing to another belt.

Around $65 and perform well. At that price I typically buy them in packs of three or five and change don't mind changing them if need be.

Does the cat belt fit perfectly or is shiming primary a nessaceary thing I run the xs809 and they seem to fit perfect no shimming

No shimming, just have to adjust deflection. Have to anyways from a worn to new belt anyways.

You are correct...
Cheapest price I see now is 5-pack for $379.88 on eBay.

Inflation. Still a good deal. 5 belts versus 2 Polaris belts.

There was one cat belt for $65 on eBay but shipping was $15. I ordered the $79 free ship cat belt for my spare.

FYI, those are the HPX not the XTX...

Oh, sorry, we have those as well and it appears they are closer to the carlisle XS. Should be able to match amazons price on those as well.
