B Bossman Well-known member Feb 13, 2013 #3 600 Pistons SPI Hyperdrive piston rings seem to seal very well. Buddy's 09 800 has 1000 hard miles and pistons still look good.

Last VES valve clean at 1440 showed evidence the piston on the clutch side is starting to score, so i am starting to look for stuff to do a refresh over the summer.
