Hi, deleted my original post.
I finally started my sled and took a couple of minutes to play with the controls. I now see that it is possible to see engine rpm and engine speed at the same time. I'm not a big fan of digital numerical displays and miss the round swept needle gauges for both parameters. I guess I'll have to live with it. Maybe I won't have to be so preoccupied with ensuring I'm going at least 40 mph so I don't trench in the powder off trail. That was what I hated the most about my 99 Pro RMK 700 sled-136" track.
I decided on a Pro RMK 800 last March when I got off trail on top of the Continental Divide at 12,120 ft and I slowed down a bit because of heavy snow and that caused me to sink instantly. Had 3 riders on Pro RMK's stop by me to help out and their sled didn't sink one bit
Its amazing how light this thing is!
