Yesterday a buddy and I were up playing in the mountains and he smacked the back of my sled with his front bumper on the trail when I stopped fast to look at something. It wasn't that hard of a hit at all and we didn't really think to much about it, until we stopped later and realized that the top of my tunnel was all tweaked (hidden underneath survival gear bag) and buckled from him shoving the bottom of the rear heat exchanger forward. It didn't hurt the exchanger, but I was looking at it and it is the stupidest design I have ever seen! It hangs down half the length of the snow flap. It is so vulnerable and would of been real easy to leave me stranded if it would of broke it. Anyways......I want to get rid of it and mount a flat one up against the bottom of the tunnel back there. Anyone know who makes these or just carries flat heat exchanger material to make my own? Thanks!
