aftermarket hood wiring/lights

im puttin a mountian fit hood on my 05 800 and i wanna mount some lights on it somewhere just lookin for ideas on where, maybe some pictures of other hoods and also wondering what wires to use. there is a green, a black and yellow w/ a red stripe not sure what the yellow/red does? thanx for any help

On the handle bars is a popular spot. On my carbon fiber hood I mounted my lights behind the nose, there are some pics in the member build section under project money pit.

If I remember correctly the yellow is your power wire, I can check when I get home for you.

Yellow is power brown is ground here is a pic of mine it's mounted under the bracket in front of the bars.
