I have a AFE proguard7 air intake complete for 03-04 RAM 5.9 Cummins. Also included is the torque tube. I had this on a 03 til I sold her and its been sitting in storage since. Would like to sell this complete set up. I will include old filter along with prefilter for reference(up to you if you want to use it or order a new filter yourself--can be had for around $75 from any AFE dealers) I see AFE has a AFE system for 03 to 07, so I would think it would work up to 07. Anyway, that aside, this system helped with keeping the egt's in check along with aiding in better MPG. Would like $250 for all plus shipping to where ever you are at. PM if interested.
