Aerocharger kit works great!

I got my self an aerochagerkit for my Lynx Boondocker 800 etec. Bolted it on with minor modifications. The install was a breeze! I'm running 4 psi on pumpgas at about 1500 feet. Also use the intercooler delete. After install the sled ran okay, and no mechanical problems. It needs some tuning to get totally rid of the sputter when I slam the thorttle of boost, but I'm looking forward to the job! Thanks to Andrew and the guys at aerocharger for building a great kit and good service!! The sled puts a HUGE grin on my face everytime I ride it!! :-D

What octane you running? Your in europe some where? And what does aerocharger say about the sputter are what's the fix? Have you tryed higher octane fuel it might help with the sputter.

I ride in norway. Running Shell vpower 99 now. Have tried avgas, but that was even worse. They said to play more with the vane settings and fuelcontroller, but the snow is going fast here, so I guess I won't get to play more this season..

I changed the ramps and spring to the ones provided with the kit, but May want another spring with a bit higher engagement. And play with some other helixes.. I run some modifyed boyesen turbo reeds.

now turn it up to 10 lbs and tell us how it runs... been working with that boost for awhile now, little different tunning needed, just not sure how the motor will hold up

The c3 kit won't fit.. It sticks out more than the chaincasecover, so then there's no room for the turbo.. I sure want to turn up the boost, but since i ride so close to the sealevel, I need good fuel for that. And proper racegas costs about 36$ per gallon here. I will try to turn it up, for hillclimbraces and such, but for normal riding I guess I'll have to run a bit lower boost....
