who's running aero charger turboed doos!? i got one last year and loved it. ran around 7 lbs of boost. 154 xm.it was so fun all i did was wheelies all winter. had such a blast i bought a 137 aero charged free ride. i thought spring riding was fun before!
what elevation and fuel mixes are guys running? lets see some pics!!!

How does it compare to one with stock jugs ?

Bigger jugs are always better right?

I assume that BJ built this well knowing that it would be turbo'ed.

the goal with the build was stronger bottom end, better pistons for boost and lower boost levels while maintaining power. The bottom end is super snappy and pulls same clutching on 7.5 lbs boost as the stock 800 did at 10lbs.

What fuel are you running at 7.5 lbs and what elevation?

octane

I run about 70% 110 and 30% 91 at all elevations. I adjust boost levels for big elevation swings so I can keep clutching consistent. I am confident I am throwing more octane at it than I need but it runs great and I dont obsess about detonation in the back of my mind.

Agreed. Especially when you drive such a distance to ride. I can't imagine what it would be like to even just have to drive a couple hours to ride in the mountains.

Wow. Thought, source out part. Order part. Pickup part. Test fit part. Send part back or leave on bench. Order new part. Dream about new parts. Bore wife with new parts stories. Design, reengineer, again again and again.
I love your build. It's very meticulate and well thought out. Colors and polishing really makes it pop. Everything that you installed has easy access.
What are you gonna do with your time when it's done?
