adventure foot peg install

Bought some brand new but opened adventure pegs off ebay. Then bought the kit from fastway to install on 2012 kx450f. I can't get those cylinder shape bushings to slide through the foot peg. It is super tight. Any advice. Also it comes with a bunch of washers, springs, etc and shows no way of how any of it goes. Little help or pics? Feel pathetic asking about foot peg install...

the sleeves are super tight and thats good just put them in from the side the way you want it to go. I originally thought I would like them to be in the lower position because I am tall but when trying it it put my boots too close to the chain case on the timbersled kit so I flipped them moving the stance forward and up slightly and it felt better. The springs can go either on top or the bottom of the tight pieces depending on peg position. The bolts and shims thread into the mount side and the shims adjust the angle the pegs sit at when riding. hope that helped let me know if you need pics.
