Advantages and disavantages of converting to 2 wheel on rear axle

I know that its easier to pull the sled over with 2 wheels in the rear but what are the disavantages? Is it better to leave stock if I ride both powder and trail?

After breaking a wheel on my two wheel kit I will be going back to a four wheel kit on all my sleds now,it sure takes the fun out of a day of riding when you bust one on the 2 wheel kit,if you bust one on the 4 wheel kit you can still ride agressive and have no worries.

Didn't read the link, but here is what I have seen:
SnoPros (race sleds) come with two, and they see big bump use.
Two in the rear DOES lead to bent/broken axles, depending on use and style. (The race sleds that come with two have beefy axles.)
I personally run two/convert them if they don't come that way, but I am more of a smooth aggressive rider than "beat the hell out of things" aggressive rider and I have never damaged a set.
Also consider, as said above, if you have time/money into occasional trips, the reliability is an issue. I personally don't trailer more than a few miles to ride, so if something breaks I just fix it and go back out the next (sometimes the same, lol) day.

Right now I'm running a edge skid with 3 wheels in the back.

If I were to convert I would probably just buy a axle so I don't have to mod mine for 2. What size rear wheel would be good to go with?

I was also going to convert my stock plastic wheels to all billet, does anyone know the size of those wheels? Where is a good place to get billet wheels?

So what is a good size wheels to go with for my edge skid? I see they offer several different sizes. Also who sells a good billet axle?

check out fastlane...i have a 9 inch 2 big wheel kit with the offset axle (required fo my application going from 8 inch)...they have a strong axle..!!

I love mine. Never had an issue with them, and i've rode some pretty sketchy situations. I've only ever had billet ones but I hear plastic is supposedly stronger.
