Adapt issue

Have anyone seen this before, is it a weakness? What are you guys recommend of cluch cover out there?

it will be out of balance for 1 thing, 2) what broke it? BDX/SSI for clutch parts

I don't know what broke it. Just wondering if it's a weakness or I'm just unlucky. Can't see that i can buy only the cover from Arctic Cat

You will be out of balance if you just replace the cover- OEM or Aftermarket
Looking at your picture what kind of weird clutch bolt is that is holding the clutch on the crank? Sure not OEM.

Clutch bolt might be different on the Yamaha engine that's in the OPs Thundercat.

Thunder Performance clutching and Speedwerx both found the stock covers on the adapts are weak in their testing. Didn't say exactly how they failed, but they make stronger replacement covers. Then re balance of course.
