AC Green Secondary Spring

Does anyone have the dimensions for the AC Green Secondary Spring. I bought one from the dealer and it seems lighter than the AC Red/White I have. Just want to make sure I got the right one.

if its a AC green its is definetly not lighter than the red/white. did it come in a arctic cat bag with arctic cat part number? if so you should be fine

No it was not in a bag. It just had a sticker on it that was not AC. The wire diameter is 1.75mm and the Red/White is 2.10mm and the length are about the same. Just would like to verify.

Now I found out AC makes another green spring p/n 0648-732.....How can I tell them apart?

Isn't the 0648-732 an compression spring only, for ACT clutches?

yup you gotta make sure you get the older style with the 2 t!ts on it forlike a kingkat chassis, not a diamond drive style.

It does have the t!ts so it isn't the diamond drive spring. Found this chart online. If it is right the spring I have is not the right one. The wire diameter is 0.175" not 0.220". I pmed freeagent but she has not answered me yet. I'll be calling the dealer to see if they have another.

The first spring listed in your chart is the correct one, p/n 0748-025.

Sammy has the provided the correct part number. I am looking at my Arctic Cat receipt right now.
