AC Dealers....Help

Okay so I know this post is homeless and doesn't belong in the m-series forum.
I NEED BAD a lower A-Arm for a 09 Bearcat Z1 XT. P/N 2703-459. I know they
are on back order and have one ordered from my local dealer. I will not cancel that order but if any of you have one on the shelf, I will take it and just have a spare when it comes in. Please PM me.

Take the old one to a weld/fab shop (or gearhead buddy's house) and have it heated up, tweaked, straightened and beefed up.

Thanks, I already have. That is how I have been using it since I bent it on 12-12-09. The thing is I didn't get it perfect and it pulls hard to the right. The spindle is too upright. But it works.

You need to reset your toe out and alighnment. Run a long 2x4 along your track and past your skis. Set the handlebars straight and adjust one side so it is parallel to the board and set the other side so it has 1/4" toe out, measuring from 10" ahead and behind the spindle. That will be good enough that it will handle fine.
