ABS canister refils?

Are there any shops around washington, or any shops that will be at the snow show that can do canister refils? i really dont want to spend the 35 dollars on hazmat shipping if i dont have to. if anybody knows please let me know. thanks

You can get your canister filled at any scuba diving shop! I had mine filled at Underwater Sports for around $ 8.

I have mine filled at a paintball shop. Never had an issue.
