So, if your bag is set off as well, you can't safely do a search for the person whose bag you set off in the first place? (second avy danger) Nice technology, but I think simpler is better in most situations. Just my $.02.

Actually you can since with the Abs bags u can ride or ski with the bags deployed, they don't interfer with u going about ur business. If a second avy came down ur bag is already inflated. I agree with simplicity and this system is very user friendly, I have been lazy to use it myself and yesterday when we filmed this I brought them in a pack and opened them up, read th instructions and installed and learned how to use them in a couple of minutes, set them up and did this video, I will do another one with 4-5 bags....again air bags are a tool and the best thing u can have is knowledge. On a side note this morning I pulled a bag and an hour later it has lost 5% total volume...with weight on the bags.
